Mark A. Griffith is a shareholder of Griffith, McCague & Happel, P.C. with over 30 years of practical experience. Mr. Griffith concentrates on commercial finance, real estate, general business consulting and taxation. He maintains an active commercial and banking law practice with emphasis on loan originations and documentation, as well as a general business practice for sophisticated clients that supports the documentation practice. He has experience with all forms of commercial lending structures and is actively involved in “work-with” and “work-out” situations. Mr. Griffith is an agent for a number of title companies and participates in a vibrant real estate practice. He has experience in general corporate matters, general business counseling, tax planning and general business litigation. Mr. Griffith was admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979, his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo in 1982 and, thereafter, an LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice before the various courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Corporate, Banking and Business and Real Estate sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
